Had the 2017 at a home dinner combined with Raw marinated salmon trout with almond sherry. Perfect fit.
Good in minerals, full body but not too much

Nice white, balanced and not too sweet

Nice pairing with Atlantic cod and tarragon carrot purée. Good balance between floral and acidic. Peachy finish.
