On opening, an impenetrable tannic brick. Two hours in a dark and dense fruit begins to shine. Give this two or three more years in the cellar...not quite there yet. (Perhaps an 8.8--tops--by 2019.)

Jul 2nd, 2017At a nice French restaurant in Miami Shores. Very nice wine to share with the table. Very smooth, faint peppery finish. Low tannins. Love it. Now hesitation in drinking this again!
