Vintage 2000 / impressive wine, vanilla tropical fruit rondeur with minutes aftertaste. Wow!

Fantastic experience before and after food. Before the bitters were very noticable and made me believe it was Grüner Veltliner. After the food you noticed the fresh acidity with a kicker. Great wine for 21 year old!!

2000 Red is mature and graceful. Classic leather and very dark red fruit when opened. Opened slowly into classic Boardeaux taste and tannins. Very nice.
