Man oh man! What a wine. Deep dark Garnett, dark fruits, and that oddly enjoyable smell like when you open up one of your parent’s storage boxes. Ahhh, so good.

Middle of the road for the vintage but that still leaves room for it to be a very fine wine.

Very closed right now, opened up slightly after a full day in a decanter. Definitely not ready to drink.

Nose of blueberry and black raspberry open up to a dimensional full bodied wine, smooth to the finish. Paired nicely with a glazed ham. While 10 years old, surprising life left - should continue to develop nicely over the next 5 years.

Rich and savory with a braised fruit concentration. Spicy, peppery notes on the finish and a gripping acidity keep you wanting the next sip. Starting to reach its peak.
