Pink grapefruit/ orange rind astringency, so expertly integrated it acts more as a saliva-generating aperitif than a bitter fruit. I could see why this wine would be useful on a patio in St-Tropez, with the sun shining and some tropical deep house playing in the background. Pretty bottle too.
