Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend

2019 vintage. I've tasted this before, and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately, this bottle tastes harsh and drying. Another DD (Diam disaster). Diam 10 cork. 😢

You can taste the oak

Goes down easy.

Holding up nicely. Green pepper, leather, chocolate and mint, but still hints of fruit.

Nice cinnamon spice on the nose. Great balance and notable minerality.

Doing well! Ticks all the right boxes

Black tea leather and smoke somewhat delicate but tannins are hanging in. Almost perfect but lacking warmth

Good Saturday night barn dance. Pruney by the end of it all.
