Entre-Deux-Mers Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

Not perfectly crisp but a great dry white. Almost like a sauv Blanc with less of an acidic bite?

What a great appetizer white. Have it chilled, but great with soft shell crab in a big glass because it has something to say but not so much that it overwhelms the meal.

Really nice massive QPR SB blend. Crisp, juicy, and well balanced. At 10 dollars a bottle hard to beat for inexpensive Bordeaux white.

I liked this a lot. Saline and earthy

2014, Chateau La Graviere, Entre Deux Mers, Sauvignon Blanc. Lemon Zest, wet rock, little melon and grapefruit. Acid shows up on the finish. Simple white Bordeaux that went well with grilled cod.
