Out of some 25 roses at a tasting, with about a half dozen French, this seemed highly reflective of the Provençal Roses.

Good - what you'd expect for the appellation. Med + acid, needs food or Pepcid. Pleasant green notes on finish: watermelon rind and fresh marjoram.

Peach and cantaloupe and grapefruit on the nose. Sweet and not too acid palate with some peachy touches, fresh and short finish. Honest rosé from Provence, good with grilled meat.

A crisp and “steely” rosé, that starts out a bit “alcohol-y”…but once it breathes awhile and opens up, the alcohol hit dissipates some. Has a little bit of a sharp bite on the front, and finishes with a bit of citrus.
