1 hour decant was perfect. Dark purple color. Nose of firewood burning on a cold night. Wine is dark cherry with some medicinal elements. Great depth! Medium finish. High quality producer in my mind as this is the first time I’ve had it. I really enjoyed it. Paired well with seasoned, marinated beef skewers and lamb steak.
