Easy and tasty

Dark purple. Meaty black cherry jelly aromas. Warm rich and inviting. Soft tannins and a touch of finishing heat.

Still a baby. Massive tannins. Needs to be decanted

Paired incredibly well with our seared veal tenderloin medallion with chive horseradish bearnairse and potato gratin

I have a true weakness for Bordeaux wines and this bottle was a solid specimen. A bit young, probably could have benefited from another 5yrs. Still was a pleasure to drink with nice minerality, blackberry and currant flavors.

Developing nicely. Still a little fruit forward by the dark currents are blending.
