Montagne-St. Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

Aged great in a 375ml. Went great with roasted lamb with garlic and rosemary

Very nice #bordeaux #montagnesaintemilion elegant aromas, good acidity and red fruit. Ripe tannins and medium finish. Bought it in France for 13€

Solid French red to have in the house. Got at nyack wine cellar. Probably middle of the road of the recent French reds we’ve had. Enjoyed drinking it, 2 glasses or so at a time

Would have preferred that this wine was served slightly chilled, was a bit too warm. That being said, it’s a full-bodied Bordeaux with balanced tannins that smells of cherry, black currant with hints of dried red fruit.

What a beautiful Bordeaux blend! And even at 15% alcohol, the fruit remains the highlight!
