No notes, family lunch with sea food (oysters, sea snails, shrimps...). Nice Sauvignon nose with lemon and grassy notes. A bit of peach and grapefruit too. It's rather delicate. The palate is long, acid driven and with a delicate and smooth mouthfeel. The finish shows citrus and grassy notes. Great, inexpensive white Bordeaux that goes perfect with sea food

Somewhat heavy, not a sauvy b. This Bordeaux will tickle the palate in a delicate dance, as the Pagans do with the law.

Cat piss, a bit of an herbal thing, lemon. Very Sauvignon. The palate is light and long, very vertical. Strong acid backbone, a bit of lemon on the sides, this is very dry. Paired rather well with mussels, will pair even better with oysters.

Nice grapefruit taste. Goes well with lime sorbet.
