Lovely plum and smoked meat aromas. The palate was rife with dark fruits and some definitive earthiness.

Not a crowd favorite but definitely tasty! 8h slow ox with 40 minute double decant did this proud and merlot showed how quality can shine through. More maturing but nice now with food.
