Rich smell of dark Cherry, Plum, Bramble, Herbs and slightest oak.
Very well balanced the wine with nose characteristics transitioning to taste with layer of chocolate intersecting between fruits and herbs. Length is satisfying. 🍷

Low tannins, dry, light, medium high acid

Ce vin présente une belle couleur grenat et une intensité colorante qui promet un bel équilibre. Le nez est riche et présente des note de cassis de poivre et un léger caractère animal. L'attaque en bouche est soyeuse, et laisse place au fruité et à une structure équilibrée. Il va bien ce marier avec les escalopes de veau panées et les pâte que nous avons ramenées d'Italie.
