At Benoit in NYC back in December. They were selling it by the ounce and it was epic with the foie.

2009 vintage. Very fresh and good acidity, also lacking in oily or mildly oxidized character that is not uncommon in the category. Dead ringer for membrillo (quince paste), apricot nectar, honey, orange blossom water, yellow and orange flowers, candied tangerine, blood orange, peach Jolly Rancher. Very fresh and lively style...great with cheeses.

Enjoyed definitely sweet would like to try with cheese and fruit had with a Godiva's cheesecake!
