2016 opened July 2022. Earth, tobacco, old books on the nose. Heavy red fruit along with a soft tannic structure on the front of the palate. Gravelly high notes an the middle palate, but it has a slightly sour finish. Very drinkable, but not great.

Musty, dark berries, some earth tones. A rather mellow wine, while good, still lacking depth. Might be better if it is allowed to open up more.
