2016 vintage is just below greatness from the 2018 I’ve enjoyed earlier - but that’s saying 5 stars to 4.8 stars. This Bordeaux blend is amazing!! Perfect on the nose, supple on the palette and a perfect tobacco/earth finish. Viva la France!

Deep red fruit, nice tannic level, nice balance of dry and fruit. Possibly a little young, would look to revisit in another year or two.
