Reserve Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend

Needs a good decant. At least 2-3 hours to open up. Fruit is just starting to take a backseat and more floral/earth coming to the forefront.

Tannins are just about smoothing out as it’s entering its drinking window. Fruit takes a backseat to the earth and vegetal notes. Nice floral quality as well. Crazy good value.

A fun diversion into Bordeaux — of course, more earth and vegetable-driven than California cabs. Incredible how these wines manage to stand the test of time with ease

Super young - took a few hours to decant, but amazing structure. Berries, cherry on the front, smooth almost herbaceous in the mid and leather, with tannic overtones (no heat, though) on the back. Super structured and will last for years to come!
