After a night of Portugal and Spain in my WSET3 class (and spitting because I had to drive) I longed for nothing so much as to uber to Covell and drink some rosé I did not need to think to hard about--IF I didn't want to. You can’t argue with the price! Strawberries, white peach, and a bit of lime at the end. Easy drinking - better paired with food versus pounding on the porch.

Nice easy drinking for the warmer weather. A little too light on its own, for me personally. The wine paired nicely with some Havarti cheese.
