Outstanding #cabernetfranc Bordeaux Superior recommended by the sommelier at one of my favorite restaurants had us scrambling to search out the local importer/retailer. Fragrant, layered aromas, violets, underbrush, black/blue fruit - lovely acidity, nice fruit/earth balance, gossamer tannins and paired beautifully across our table from Wagyu-style steak to Lobster bisque in a puff pastry.
