2023 Intuition blanc from Fleur Cardinale. 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 39% Sémillon and 16% Sauvignon Gris. An excellent white from Saint-Emilion, with a beautiful balance between freshness and opulence.

Big fruit, sticky tannins, and some oak. One of the simpler wines in this Bordeaux masterclass, but probably the most energetic of the lot for me with a lick of red fruits in the flavour profile. Also the cheapest.
