Bright colored edges with some cloudiness. Pomegranate and eucalyptus on nose with good cherry core. Rose petals emerge on the palate with some nice light dusty tannins. Probably going to hit peak in a couple more years.

2000 Vintage, cellared for several years. Rich blackberry. Still some tannins but muted. A hint of leather. Wonderful with Julia Child’s coq au vin

Nov 9th, 2015A bit closed at the moment, still young, big tanic, lovely St Emilion nose and flavours as it opened up over 2 hours. Tried again the next day after saving with Vacuvin beautiful.
