Cuvée Antonin Châteauneuf-du-Pape Grenache

16 pct alcohol!! Licorice, garigue, burnt earth, smokey and leathery. Drinkable but ver primary, almost sweet and finishing super dry. Excellent.

Needs a little bit more tome but already showing its potential well. Red and black fruits mix with pepper and the slightest touch of earth/funk. Alcohol is pronounced and teeters on the edge of standing out, but the acidity and concentration manages to keep everything in a good balance.
