I’m alive in the glass. Feels like such a good comment. Upon opening it was kind of closed off and a little bitter and tight and didn’t have much of anything and I was worried. I got a bad bottle. Give it 30 to 45 minutes of air and life spring into it. Fresh and youthful of flowers and a little chewing ass of a lean steak with pepper and spices. And then it developed more with the tightness of the structure slowly, giving way to crushed fruit and more floral, violet and rose, smells and flavors. After three days open, but kept in the fridge it has more of a crushed dried flowers again with the violet and the potpourri, muted plum and still a crushed red fruit. Delicious very very delicious.
