Vintage 2015 | AOC Touraine in 2015, AOC Chinon now, Cab Franc typicity. I gave it 2,5 hours in the decanter. After this it was more refined than powerfull, more elegant than full bodied. Very quaffable. Paired with grilled vegetables with a burger, Brilliant Savarin cheese afterwards.

A 2010 I tasted at the Château with Sebastien. A nice little Wine for 5€! Although the Château is currently in the Touraine AOP, it will soon be in Chinon, where it geographically belongs.
