Ripe pears and peaches, vanilla and flint. Stainless steel with lots of time on leese. Nom.

Sweet citrus, sl. bruised yellow peach, quince, pineapple, verbena, citrus blossoms, cream, crushed rock. Gorgeous color, explosive aromatics, layered and concentrated palate. There's a creaminess to the palate and the wine holds it's acidity well. Textural and structured, reminded me of Savennieres.

Pale gold in color. Gun flint, ripe pear, lemongrass, and mint. M+ acid with a very long finish. Beautiful wine.

Stone fruit and honeycomb balanced minerality. Stunning wine.....

Best Sav Blanc I've had in a while...age and flavor complexity like a Riesling.
