Aging gracefully. Drinking well now (May 2021) but no rush. Great with grilled steaks!

Garagiste selection. $18.74. Nice tannins. Great Bordeaux value.

Election week 2020 - light and long paired this with homemade thin crust (and an ice cream sandwich). Day 2 tasted as good though great right away

Decanted 2 hours prior to drinking. Was still quite closed on first tasting - more tannic than expected and not particularly soft tannins. Cedar, black currant and graphite on the nose. Great with roast lamb. Needs longer to breathe than you think

Left bank Bordeaux cab. Not as complex as expected. But light and pleasant

Beautiful dark ruby red color with pleasant aromas of black fruits, oak, and a touch of sweet basil. Medium-bodied followed by elegant taste of ripe dark cherry, plum, and light dark chocolate flavor on the palate. Solid structure, very soft tannins, and juicy aftertaste at the end. Very nice & sexy wine after breathing at least 30 minutes.

Purchased at Mastros. Decanted for about an hour. Medium bodied. Fruity. Silky tannins. Oak. Very good.
