Another weekly wine Committee lunch that I was able to attend, hosted by @Weston Eidson & @Colby Siratt . Excellent job, fellas! All wines tasted blind as usual.

Young but delicious. Pear is extremely dominant here. Honeysuckle, fresh honey. I guessed SB-Semillon blend.

Wonderfully perfumed with balanced sweetness. Enjoyed the 2010 vintage with a well-breathed Epoisses. Price is right as well.

Candied orange peel, honey and almond. Slightly sweet for my tastes, more so than usual with sauternes.

Can't believe it's Bordeaux! Shale and mineral nose! Mold involved "noble rot" dehydrates grape, makes it sweet.
