Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

For over 80 years three generations of Dubourdieu’s have produced sweet white wines: Georges (1924-1948), Pierre (1949-1999) and Denis since 2000. Bouquet of ripe sweet stone fruits and smoky floral scents. On the palate peach and honey flavors adding in some sweet citrus showing off the "noble rot" fruit. Lingering finish ending with sweet citrus character. Very Nice! Tasting Sample!

SB is more prevalent than most. Excellent.

J’ai trouvé qu’il manquait un peu d’amplitude, moins visqueux que d’autres millésimes. En bouche pelure/zeste orange, caramel brulé. Bu sur +\- 7 jours, il s’améliorait de jour en jours, finale courte, il lui manquait un petit quelque chose, peut-être quelques années en cave pour lui donner 2-3 point de plus

2012. Apricot, lemon and vanilla. Bitter-orange as well.

Rich and complex. Honey, passion fruit and poached pears with the hint of spices.

Great sweet. Nose of passion fruit and possibly banana. Taste is good and complex. A little acidity. Questionable to cheese.

Citrus and extreme depth.
