We are looking at a beautiful salmon color. This is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Rolle, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. The fragrance is wafting with strawberry, passion fruit, bubblegum, and minerality. The palate is showing strawberry, sour cherry, grapefruit, good minerality, and acidity. Medium length on the finish and very refreshing.

Very pale salmon color. When first poured, lots of melon on the nose; cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon. As it warms a bit, bubblegum aromas pick up along with wet stones. Great aromatics for a cotes de Provence. Very simple palate; crisp and light. Watermelon rind, tart apricot, hints of red berries. Finishes quickly. A great palate cleanser for lite fare; think simple shellfish or chèvre.
