Shocked by how much I enjoyed this D'Esclans Rosé. Peachy pink color with a peachy pear nose. Some slate-y minerality, high acid. Very delicate, slight finish. A fruit forward Provence rosé. Very drinkable on a bright and breezy spring day.

Wow smells like honey - like a bee hive! The aroma follows into the taste palette too. Flat and uninspiring but fresh enough to be quenching.
