At an in-betweens stage right now, having shed its baby fat sticky black fruit but still holding on to the primary Flintstones vitamin and game of its youth. Acid's still cracking, though, and the tannins (which had to have been forced upon release) are almost perfectly resolved, which means this ain't far from being a better accompaniment to your tagliatelle with venison ragú than it was ours. Which is saying something.

Darker fruit, earthy with slight spicy/pepper note. Slightly Tart w quick acid on palate, soft tannins and medium finish.
