Lovely deep fruit, still shows some youth and opens up over time. Pairing well with maigret de canard with a cherry demi glace.

Ink colored with aromas of blueberry, dark cherry, mocha, and stewed meat. The palate showcases blueberry, mocha and cherry with a alcohol that is a bit too high. Drink now or wait another 4 years, but as the tannins fall out and soften, the alcohol is going to show more.

Big finish with hints of currants and licorice. Pairs well with roasted pork loin.
