Estate Bottled Unoaked Niagara-on-the-Lake Chardonnay

Using this time make paella, so it's only fitting to have a glass to add to delectable, right? Crisp apple and minerals. Slightly harsh finish, but nothing overpowering. Not much to this wine in terms of complexity. We'll see how the paella turns out!
