Château des Bachelards ‘Comtesse de Vazeilles’ Saint-Amour 2019: Medium-light bodied. Great acidity. Low tannins. Blackberry. Strawberry. Pomegranate. Herbs. Earth. Smooth soft finish. Honestly, I don’t drink much Gamay however this kind of wine would definitely make me reconsider my reasoning. Beaujolais is definitely an area I need to explore more of in 2023!
