Mar 7th, 20252018 vintage. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, and 10% Petit Verdot. One of the more powerful wines of this estate, with a black fruit and violet personality, and a tight tannic structure. Should have a long life ahead. Abv. 13,5%.

Jan 30th, 20252016 vintage. 55% Cabernet Sauvignon and 45% Merlot. The oak seems a bit more toasted compared to the 2015, with the red and black fruit lurking behind initially, give it some time to open up. Juicy, very ripe fruit with a thicker mouthfeel and more power than the 2015. Dark chocolate in the finish. Abv. 13,5%.

Jan 28th, 20252015 vintage. 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot. This could be mistaken for Cantemerle in a blind tasting (that's a compliment btw). Classic Haut-Médoc with cassis, cedar and licorice. Drinking beautifully now, fresh and juicy. Great value. Abv. 13,5%.

Jan 27th, 20252022 vintage. Another winner from this estate. More elegance and less extracted compared to Belgrave 2022 tasted alongside.

Oct 5th, 20242020 vintage. Equal parts of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with 9% of Petit Verdot. Paired it with the same vintage of the best wine of the Haut-Médoc appellation, La Lagune. While it doesn't have the concentration and depth of the latter, Villegeorge stands on its own in a lighter, more forward style, with elegance, freshness and silky tannins. Terrific value. Abv 13,5%.
