Interesting Rose of Cabernet and Merlot from Bordeaux. Less acid and more body than Champagne. Also has an undertone of green bell pepper which isn't overwhelming but not what I'm looking for in a sparkling rose.

55% Merlot and 45% Cab, this sparking rose shows robust fine bubble, yet lack of energy and length. Light salmon pink color. Dark berries, ginger, and a bit toasty. Palate is dry with a tiny bitter after taste. A unique experience.

In contrast to champagne, this uses Cabernet and Merlot, and it's evident in the stronger flavors of dark red fruit. Less creme and mousse. A beautiful coppery salmon red color.
