St Cosme’s white CDR is exactly how I like white Rhônes. Shows plenty of depth & flavor but doesn’t have the waxy heaviness I find in a lot of them. This is bright, layered & beautifully aromatic. Prince’s originals are a great collection of songs he wrote, but were recorded by other artists. I usually don’t love the posthumous assault of recordings that inevitably happens, but this is pretty cool.
