While good, this wine does has a lot of minerality and is light on body. It did not meet my expectations of a Puligny Montrachet.

Apple, lemon, with a touch of oak and butter. Creamy notes the more it warmed up. Do not serve this wine cold, would mute it’s beautiful flavors. Paired with prawns dipped in butter, perfect!
