Cabardès Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Solid wine with smoked meat and dark fruit. Good structure too.

Solid, focussed, tasty and (our highest compliment) good with food. Also, comes in under $20.

Smooth. Ripe cherry and black fruits. Spicy finish. Unusual grape blend, the result is a little like Piedmont barbera. It's good but not amazing. Would pair well with duck, pork, or poultry.

Good stuff. Perfect with the coq au vin

After opening for a few minutes very nice peppery dark fruits of cherry and blackberry

Really nice. Especially good when it's had some time to breathe.

Need to have wine breath for about 40 minutes before drinking. Strong flavor. Slightly acidic
