Rose gold, almost orange on the eye. Medium viscosity. Nose sees lots of minerality, saline, jammy raspberries, white flowers, little bit of lemon. Palette sees powerful minerality, medium acid, medium+ mouthfeel. Solid Provençal rosé with good balance of acid and minerality.
