Chablis - crisp, citrusy when cold; subtle oak butter aftertaste as it warms; gets rather dry at room temperature. Liked warmer initially, since I'm usually into really oaky and buttery Chardonnays, but it was overkill for me personally after one glass - would like it more as a substitute for a Pinot Grigio on a summer evening perhaps, or maybe that's just the Visigoth in me speaking...
