This 6 year old GSM blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape is still young, but already enjoyable even by itself. Rich, robust and elegant.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 15 years.

A blend of equal parts of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. Aged in large oak barrels for 16 months.

This 7 year old GSM blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape is starting to drink very nicely now. Complex and well balanced. Fresh and engaging.

I've had a few older vintages of this wine, and it definitely improves with age.

Showing raspberries, cherries, plums, mediterranean spices, chocolates, earth, herbs, light forest floor and peppercorn.

Long finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.

This is a very tasty GSM blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Spicy and entertaining. Rich and fruit forward with light earth notes.

Nicely balanced, and easy drinking right out of the bottle. The alcohol is nicely integrated by now.

This 14 year old is still tasting very fresh on the palate. Nicely aged, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with black currants, cooked plums, ripe cherries, spices, dark chocolates, coffee, black pepper, herbs and light vegetables.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This 24 year old GSM blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape is still drinking beautifully, although definitely not in its peak anymore.

Still shows enough fruits, with lots of earth notes. So complex and interesting, with a very complex nose. Loved smelling on it for a while.

Good by itself or with food. I love trying these kind of aged wines.

A blend of equal amounts of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, from over 65 year old vines. Aged for 12 months in large oak barrels.
