Pretty nose and medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing lemons, yellow apples, spices, light earth and herbs.
Long finish with lemons.
This is a delicious Roussanne from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Well balanced with nice complexity. Rich, and showing lots of fruits.
Not a traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc in style, and very interesting.
Fruity, and already Delicious. Elegant and feels very young. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years and see how it evolves.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
100% Roussane grapes from old vines, were aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels. A small production of only 7,000 bottles.

Like a more buttery white burgundy. Almost got a bubblegum type flavor from it (but in a good way so probably not the best descriptor). Rich. Everyone who tried it liked it a lot

Fully roussane, with a good amount of oak. Still balanced and very nice.
