Pale straw gold. Star bright and clear (indicates young wine) with greenish tinge (indicating cooler growing area). Green apple, citrus, grass, slight white flowers. Lime zest. Good medium acid. Nice and crisp and refreshing. Very enjoyable. Tasted at vin de Terre wine tasting in Nice, France
