Bought at the winery in Cassis. Blend of Syrah and caladoc Can find no info on caladoc but winery told us it is hybrid of Grenache and cinsaut. Brownie batter chocolatey, soft tannins, good acidity. Pairs well with barely cooked ribeye.

Assemblage syrah et caladoc, des tanins fins grâce à la syrah ! Un des rares sur cassis à produire cet assemblage.
Cependant c'est sans grande surprise
