2019 vintage. A blend of 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot according to the official website (whereas most journalists state 60% Cabernet Sauvignon). A mix of red and black fruit, typical Pessac-Léognan spiciness, with the Petit Verdot delivering violet notes. It has a very fresh mouthfeel with juicy fruit and refined tannins, combined with an attractive salinity and a long spicy finish. Very good indeed.
