Graves Red Bordeaux Blend

Very tasteful, would buy again

Deep dark garnet color and full bodied. Dark bramble fruit with earth and leather notes leading to a smooth silky lightly tannic finish. Delicious good value easy drinking Bordeaux.

$15.98. Fruity. Adequate.

Very interesting wine. A lot going on. Fruit, wood, tannin. I'm going to get some more to set aside for a few years. $15 at Costco.

Yikes...not good. Notes of cow manure. Stinky and earthy. Finishes with sharp tannins. Forced down a glass and used the rest for cooking.

Very old world and vaguely funky. Not for the faint of heart. But in a good way.

Leather, tobacco. Again, great for the price point. Would drink great in a few years.

A very nice bottle. Full body.

Initial barnyard, resin, black currant, black cherry, hickory, bay leaf. Smokey quality, meaty, coffee finish.

Read the reviews here while opening. I agree 2010 a lot of tanin. Needs time to balance. I prefer a flavorful wine that is more rounded without such a bite. Some in the decanter will try that in a few to see if it needed to open up a bit a warm up.
