A text book, Sevres standard of a Chablis.
Razor sharp, oyster fresh and with brilliant minerality yet also quite some breadth.
Brilliant freshness & great depth.
Packs a punch on the palate - fresh lemon juice paired with chalky minerality. The length is infinite. And the depth inspiring.
A brilliant food wine but also nice for sipping.

LOVED it. Super crisp & clean getting not just citrus but also something tart (pear? apple?) 10/10

Silvery buttery smoky deep drive light but pronounced. Lemony Melony. Slightly sweet.

Tart at open, but evolved to buttery. Citrus throughout.

2021 spring. I’ve always liked this wine - this bottle was a bit less oxidative than what I remember from previous vintages. Still, it’s a savory, open, burnished style.
