Sans soufre Chablis. Hazy appearance and high-pitched floral and nut-like aromas. Delicate and slightly effervescent on the palate. Definitely has a certain electricity to it, even if it’s not what most think of as Chablis.

First time drinking Chablis from this producer. Little rounder and a little more body then a typical Chablis. More like a Premier Cru. Crisp, acidic and mineral driven.
